Private financial and operating information remains under the business owner's control. Participation and aggregate progress may be measured during the pilot, but identifiable financial details, testimonials, or case-study material require separate permission.
We need enough operating information to establish the baseline and evaluate whether the pilot creates useful change.
A positive testimonial or identifiable case study is never assumed simply because you participate.
